Loan Payment Options
As a member of AIM Credit Union, you have several convenient options for repayment.
- Use Portal Pay to pay with a debit/credit card or echeck
- Manual or scheduled transfers on our mobile app or online banking
- Automatic ACH debits from another financial
- Pay in person
- Mail in a check or money order
- Call one of our branches
- Mobile deposit a check using our mobile app, then manually transfer funds
PORTAL PAY
There is a small convenience fee for this service.
Portal Pay allows our members to pay with a debit card, credit card or eCheck.
We are partnered with Allied Payment to provide Portal Pay to securely process online payments to your ACU Loan. This service is offered specifically to accommodate members who need to make a one-time loan payment from another financial institution.
- Use your Routing and Account Number at your other financial institution to make a payment.
- You must enter your Member Number – (dash) Loan Number (Ex. 12345-67).
- Complete required fields and select “Bank Account” under “Payment Information Type.”
- A $3.00 convenience fee will be charged for using this service. This is a non-refundable fee.
- Use your Debit/Credit Card from another financial institution to make a payment.
- You must enter your Member Number – (dash) Loan Number (Ex. 12345-67).
- Complete required fields and select “Debit Card” or “Credit Card” under “Payment Information Type.”
- A $5.00 convenience fee will be charged for using your debit or credit card to make a loan payment online. This is a non-refundable fee.
For both payment methods:
- Please retain a copy of the supplied receipt page or email as proof your transaction has been approved.
- This method of payment is not intended for paying your loan balance in full or for making payments larger than $1,000.
- Payments submitted before 5:00 PM CST will be posted the next business day. Payments submitted after 5:00 PM CST will be posted in 2 business days.
- For your ease and security, this system does not save your member or loan information and must be entered each time you make a loan payment. Multiple loan payments may not be combined into one transaction; each loan must be identified individually through your member number-loan number.
TRANSFERS
You may schedule a recurring or one-time payment through your mobile app or online banking.
- Log in to your account and click on the transfers tab, then fill in the transfer information. You can select Transfer Now or Select Transfer Date. By choosing Select Transfer Date you can pick the frequency and start date.
- You can also call one of our branches and we can set this up for you.
- There is no cost for this service.
AUTOMATIC ACH DEBITS
Set up automatic payments from another financial institution by filling out an Automatic Payment Authorization form.
- You can stop into our branches, sign through email or have the form mailed to you.
- Cancellation is required for this service to stop. We also ask for a 5 business day period before we make any changes or cancellations.
- There is no cost for this service.
IN PERSON
- You can always come into an ACU branch and make your payment in person or one of our drive thru lanes.
- Payment Coupon Books are available upon request.

PHONE
- You may call one of our branches to make a payment from your ACU accounts or by using a debit/credit card or eCheck. Please call (800) 928-4328 to make these payments.

MOBILE DEPOSIT
- Using your ACU mobile app, you can deposit a check with mobile deposit
- Log in, then click Deposit at the bottom of the screen. Next, pick which account you’d like the check to go towards and fill in the amount.
- Then take a photo of the front and back of the check. Be sure to endorse the check with your signature and also write “For Mobile Deposit at AIM CU.” Click Submit to finalize.
- Be sure to have good lighting, along with a dark background behind the check for best success.
- Once the check is deposited and cleared any holds, you can make your manual transfer to your loan(s).
